First master student for ExtremeOceans project!

Our team just recruited its first MSc student to work in ExtremeOceans project! Meet Miguel Nunes and his master thesis topic below :) Miguel will be working with us at #seatoxlab #UCIBIO #FCTNOVA


"I started my academic career at the University of Lisboa (FCUL) in 2017 where I graduated in Biochemistry. I am currently a Biotechnology MSc student at FCT-NOVA. I will be developing my master thesis at the SeaTox lab, working on the theme “Gene networks and epigenetic regulators modulating heat adaptation in sand gobies: influence of seasonal environment and climate extremes in thermal tolerance”, funded by project ExtremeOceans."
